Asc3nding is about stripping away the external, facing the shadow self, embodying a way of being vs. doing, and reclaiming one's full power and truth

ASC3ND ATHLETE

Customized Coaching: For College and Professional Athletes. Will consider those younger depending on seriousness and competition level. 
Programs offered: 12 weeks, 26 weeks, 12 months.
Investment: Program costs range from $3,999-$30,000 dependent upon level, sport, and program duration.
Included: One-on-one programs come with 3-4, 1-hour long sessions a month, organized weekly goal focus, 24/7 support via voice note or text, waived in-person coaching fees, and availability for emergency calls.

ASC3ND ENTREPRENEUR

Customized Coaching: For Founders and CEOs working in business, entertainment, personal training, or wellness. 
Programs Offered:12 weeks, 26 weeks, 12 months. Investment: Program costs range from $9,999-$30,000 dependent upon business, number of employees, and budget.
Included: One-on-one programs come with 3-4,1-hour long sessions a month, organized weekly goal focuses, and 24/7 support via voice note, text, or availability for emergency calls.

ASC3ND MENTORSHIP

A unique program for in high school or college (age range 16-21) who are interested in mentorship and coaching.
Must apply and be willing to have a consultation. Please do not apply if you have the financial means for coaching. This program is reserved strictly for those in high school, college, or semi-professional who do not have the financial means for any type of coaching.
Program Offered: 12 weeks, space is limited. May have the option to continue after the initial 12 weeks. 

All 1:1 programs are customized according to the client's needs. The A3 Method is an outline of how a program can proceed, but the order in which it is applied is completely customized to the client's profession, needs, and desires.

Optimize Lifestyle Practices by Energetic Individuality 

  • Create clarity around the root pain 

  • Create Clarity Around Goals: Utilizing the psychology and neuroscience behind goal setting 

  • Shifting Energy: Understanding how to utilize convergent and divergent focus and thinking 

  • Optimizing Health: Optimize gut, sleep, nutrition, and movement. For Women: tracking cycle and aligning workouts/training/nutrition according to cycle

  • Optimize Routines: Create personal and performance routines and reflection practices. This includes AM, PM, Pre, and Post Performance routines 

  • Create Clarity on the 'Why': Understand how the brain works with having a 'why' and how to create a foundational 'why'

  • Understanding self-talk, the brain, and emotions

  • The science behind motivation and creating sustainable motivation

Develop Emotional Intelligence for Performance

  • Mindfulness practices and how to be present 

  • Understanding the difference between mindfulness, meditation, and different types of meditation practices

  • Creating personal meditation and visualization practices. This can also include customized subliminal audio and mind videos 

Utilize Neuroplasticity to Achieve Performance Goals

  • Rewiring subconscious beliefs and understanding different levels of consciousness

  • Healing the Nervous System: Creating a safe space and practices to fully come into the body

  • From 'Doing' to 'Being': Learning and feeling what being is and allowing for rest and rewiring the brain and body for rest and play 

  • Tapping into both masculine and feminine energies and how to apply them to both life and performance 

  • Creating altruistic opportunities
