Mission
Our Mission is to empower individuals with the latest knowledge of performance and life skills so they may apply these skills in their own unique way to achieve not only their goals but their true purposes. To have the mental, emotional, and energetic support and accountability needed to asc3nd to their highest potential quickly, consistently, and sustainably.
Vision
Our Vision is to create a new coach in athletics; a Performance Life Coach and to become the leading Life Coaching Academy for athletes and those who work with athletes to train physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and financially. A system that has 2 options that empower individuals to enhance their lives and careers; Be Coached or Become a Coach.
We Have 3 Visions here at A3 which are all about impact and joining A3 makes you a-part of something bigger. A portion of your investment goes to a Human Trafficking non-profit to help support the cause and survivors.
Our First Vision is to not only develop new programs for specific sports but to offer support for business development, finances, energetics, and health/nutrition. We envision having a Performance Life Coach as a necessity and norm within sports and to not only be in the professional realm of these industries but to one day have our programs integrated into junior, high school, and college. This would ensure that people of all ages have access to learning the personal development and career skills necessary to succeed in their lives, careers, and relationships.
Our Second Vision is to have an all-in-one facility that is equipped for physical, mental, neuro, emotional, and energetic training for athletes. We see this facility holding all the latest sport, fitness, and neurofeedback equipment for athletes to get the best level of physical training out there. The facility will have studios for coaching and meditation rooms for energy healing that are equipped with the latest scientific equipment (GDV, muscle testing, etc.) to see how one is holding energy in their body. There will be a bio-hacking and nutrition center for athletes and coaches to reach and maintain optimal health. Lastly, we will develop an app that coordinates with their mental and physical training so individuals can have all of their customized programming in one place.​

Our Third Vision is to expand into a full life-coaching academy for Human Trafficking survivors. This would allow us to support survivors in learning their true selves and potential while developing tools and skill sets to have a life-changing and rewarding career. With each human trafficking victim who is rescued and given an opportunity to start a new life, we can start helping to end and heal a global pandemic.
